" 1)Crit Split Arrow/lightning arrow builds(used to be tier one,but ST,wanders,and cast on crit builds do what it does,but better,both survivability wise and clear speed) I don't really agree with this. The best crit split arrow builds exceed cast on crit builds. There is a ton of powerful builds with many variations. That's the beauty of PoE. One build dominates above all which is the CoE + Shav combo builds. Many other builds can be argued to be quite balanced. Strangely, I've never seen a flicker in party in the 10 months I've spent on this game, maybe because it's not party friendly at all. Ranger builds list: /917964 When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
