Other people lose their items u lose ur map
Its completly possibly that the item was more worth than a 79 map

While i agree with Scrotie that it is sad that we have reached a point where a company is to be lauded for communicating clearly and quickly to it's customers, GGG nonetheless deserves praise for doing exactly that in this case.

The reality is that game companies often keep their customers in the dark far longer and when the explanation finally comes it is a vague non technical one written by a PR person.

So good work on getting a grip on the situation so fast and communicating with your customers GGG !!!!

Thank you for that detailed explanation of the issue. Mistakes do happen and seeing GGG's excellent response is encouraging. Quick action giving information to the customer and a plan to resolve the problem in the future are key.

i'm not affected by this incident but to be honest, i don't have an overview over all microtransactions i spent points on. they're spread over all my chars in all leagues i play. sure i could bother the ggg support to make a list but i think it's not neccessary.


transparency in the commercial part of the game should have a high priority, so please provide a list in the website's account info which shows the date and type of every mt effect purchase he did.

and please make assigned microtransactions just grayed out in the mt-tab so the player can get the effect from the item by right-clicking on it instead of loading the character first.

I don't *think* that items you bought (traded for) will have been deleted unless they were spawned during the 18 minutes.
Items that dropped during those 18 minutes will have been hosed, yeah.

It made for a entertaining night :)
