I built my PC 6 years ago and it runs PoE just fine.

Mine's about 5. The biggest FPS drops I get are in groups (obviously) and in maps with flaming/freezing ground. There are some other things that I have noticed cause consistent lag, like spectre fireballs and such, but for the most part it's fine.

PC Build 1: (Intel Socket 775)

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 Yorkfield 2.5GHz 1333MHz FSB 6MB L2
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P43-ES3G (Max memory 16GB DDR2 1200/1066/800/667)
Video Card: ATI-Radeon HD4650 1GB PCI-E x16
Primary Master HDD: 80GB Samsung 7200RPM SATA 8MB Buffer
Primary Slave HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Buffer SATA
Disply: 17" CRT Envision VGA Monitor
OS1: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
OS2: Ubuntu 13.10 64-Bit

That is the first one no special sound card or extras. The game runs smooth on it with no lag or issues with default game settings on a fresh install. This is my older system. I run the game via steam on both computers.

PC Build 2: (AMD Socket FM2)

CPU: AMD FM2 Quad A10-5800K 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) 4MB L2
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P43-ES3G (Max memory 16GB DDR2 1200/1066/800/667)
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7660D Via CPU GPU
Primary Master HDD: 60GB SSD OCZ SATA III
Primary Slave HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Buffer SATA
Disply: 32" Magnavox Flat Screen TV via (HDMI)
OS1: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
OS2: Ubuntu 13.10 64-Bit

I play on this one primarily & obviously I have no problems with it either. This system can max out at 64GB when they release some 16GB sticks for consumer that wont suck you dry money wise.

So I wonder why the person who started this thread said that the system requirements aught to be a minimum of Intel i7 CPU. Was he smoking crack? This is an MMO lol not Battlefield 3 or 4. It doesn't need a power horse of a CPU or system to run smoothly. Their minimum requirements are about right as stated on the forums of Steam. They test these things you know, they don't just pull this .... out of their ... at random.

"Embrace the darkness"
Like many of you, OP's English makes my eyes bleed.
"Which", not "witch".
"Are a joke", not "is a joke", etc.

Less time gaming, more time studying OP. For your own good.

Much desync.

Wow.
According to forum mods "sandwich" is considered an offensive word. Who knew?
I run 1080P with HD7950, fps still poops. But hella lot better than on a intel HD3000 laptop <800x600 windowed min specs.
People have different ideas of what's playable,I've played games as low as 15 fps although 25 fps is my ideal minimum.

ATI Radeon HD 7970 or better

belive it or not u still gonna have fps drops

In groups with lots of effects (under max settings) you fall under 60 fps with a 1 TB SSD, 64 GB RAM, ASUS Rampage IV, Quadcore 4960 OC'd, GTX 780 X 2 in SLI.

Same rig you can run on max settings in BF4 and Crysis 3 and never < 70 FPS. Not here :)
IGN: Mortezzah, prolly playing on character Gellig

You can think from Blizzard what you whant, but one of the Biggest + they have is: You can own a Rig made out of Wood and Stones, and still are able to play there games.

I wish GGG will set a bit (more) Focus on Improving the Game Performance, so even ppl with a shit/low Rig can play there Game with a stable Performance.

Solo play is no Problem, and "little" Partys too, but 1 CoC Player... or Summoner... No way...

I even need to pay for every Dom kill, cuze my Rig cant handle the Rain?! or what ever is up there on top.

Hope GGG will adress this in the Future, that they should make there game easier accesable for "poor" Player. (or what ever the reason is why he/she own a shitty rig)

try that, the game won't be 'visually appealing', but will indeed be more than playable at those minimum system requirements :D
