So no, we didn't know it was not normal. Generally in ARGPs, especially in a very hardcore level people use everything that gives them a benefit. PoE is considered a pretty hardcore ARPG that would have quirky mechanics like this. Apparently we were wrong. So people get annoyed. A game without funky game mechanics gets boring quickly.
