If the reduced skill effect duration is anywhere close to 20 max roll, it could basically free up a socket in Sunblast trap builds. I'd say that's a pretty cool use if nothing else.

None of these are exciting, unfortunately, and one is downright detrimental to the game (in my opinion). They are better than the terrible 1.3 uniques, but none inspire new builds or motivate me to go out and hunt for them. Rashkaldor's is just a really bad The Taming, in a slot that should be helping crit instead of hindering it (I can't imagine people playing a non-crit elemental build for any reason). A semi-decent rare is more useful for every build I have than Warped Timepiece. And the MF chest just makes culler groups more mandatory, something I'm extremely against. Overall, I'm less inclined to log in than I was before the patch, and my inclination has already been waning.

Who said we weren't/don't enjoy the game?

It's not forbidden to say "this unique could have gotten a much better design" or "better tradeoffs" or "more flavor". There are other things to enjoy when GGG fails to deliver on uniques -- that's why they're only one of several things added per patch.

Totally forgot about the Timepiece. I wrote it off instantly since it's 1k race points and not actively dropping any time soon.

I totally dig the design, though. Very clever, seems usable without synergy (mostly due to leech rate), and seems like it will have some really cool synergy with reduced duration in the future.

Yea, it fails, but aim was similar. And now it even can be usable, with proper roll.

With Timepiece... it gives not so much not so much needed stats. Theoretically, it's better themed, but because of it, it has the same problem as The Flavor, it means, seems to be so so usable comparing to what you can have from this slot.

I even prefer Rashkaldor's, it would be usable on my non-crit Arcer.

not sure the Chest can replace Shav+Wondertrap. Well it depends on IIQ max roll I guess.

i agree, as a high tier unqiue i dont think the stats are that good, a rare amulet is much better for any build really

With Rashkaldor's I can only see a long shock duration non-crit prolif Arc/Spark/Ligthning Strike build.
