None of the stats in Rashkalor's may be unique, but if you're stacking them (noncrit ele status builds tend to do), getting more can certainly be hard to get.

You can never really have too much freeze duration and freeze chance, for example. The only time you can be satisfied with those is if you can consistently perma-freeze map Dominus, which is pretty hard to do when you're not crit.

I do like the movespeed downside to Greed's Embrace, like,

This amulet has two practical uses at first glance. One is to use with a very fast attack/cast(with lower damage) that is able to keep status ailments on enemies. For this choice, I doubt it's better than a rare amulet with critical chance/multi. Another is to pair with Cloak of Flame to create a longer burning duration... again, it is questionable whether it's better than a vanilla critical one.

(Nevertheless, it has theoretical values like Marylene's Fallacy...) Besides it should be a lvl 31 amulet instead of 61.

Greed's Embrace is terrible for the game, while the downsides are way too severe for people trying to mf maps with their normal builds, the multiboxer that uses his culler for the final dominus hit won't give a fuck about any downside. A super ugly item that should not have made it past testing if anyone at GGG actually did any testing.
