" Crown of eyes changes a spellcasting stat to attack stat Quiver changes a ranged attack stat to global stat. They are exactly the same. As for more pinpoint example: Full spellcasting passives, pure spellcasting wand, crown of eyes: Frenzy attack build. You are completely missing my point. Quivers simply have nothing to do with spellcasting, they are more like the opposite of what thematically makes sense for casters. For crown of eyes its not like that at all. Rings don't really have anything to do with hitting things in the face (let alone firing arrows at dudes), but they still grant +Damage. Maybe that should go. The Quiver grants Increased Projectile Damage, and this applies to Projectile Spells. Oh nose. It's not even any good for a Spellcaster. Why is this such an issue. Just go back and read my first post again with that in mind. and RF or a spellcasting wand has waht exactly to do with attacking with frenzy? i didn't miss your point, your point being that bows/quivers are not a spellcasting thing. my point is that with crown of eyes you turn ALL of your spellcasting things (be it equip, wands, passives) into attacks. No one is selling a Drillneck on Invasion and no one is selling a Rearguard on Ambush. Guess I'll have to migrate my puncture trapper to there...
