{3.2.0} Spectral Gods: [Life Based Spectre/Golem Hybrid Summoner | Clear Speed | End Game Bossing]

Hello everyone, I play a summoner/aura hybrid and I had questions about spell echo since i stopped playing before it came out. Should I treat it like multistrike and stack faster casting?

My specters are on a 4 link, I use undying evangelist and they look like this:

Raise Specter + Spell Echo + Faster Casting + Concentrated Effect

Is this the optimal gem set up? I use the hatred and haste auras.

The OP states that the minion damage gem double scales with hatred, would the double scaling from a 20/20 minion damage gem out dps a level 20 concentrated effect gem?

Also, good luck getting them. This is way worse than snapshotting ever was......in annoyance and OPness.

You'll have to figure out the math with your own base spectre dmg.

Raise spectre base dmg * (miniondmg(passive) + miniondmg(gem) + other additionals) * (conc * 10% fromm spec gem)

(Then multiply that dmg with your own hatred's percentage and add it on) * (miniondmg total)

Minion damage should double scale. It boosts the initial physical damage and should also boost the ice damage you get from hatred.

Why don't u try

RS + echo + conc + minion dmg. Cast speed can come from vaal haste, haste, flesh offering, passives.

It could work but SRS is most efficient in a +2->+3 staff

When a spectre is able to out dps SRS and not KO vs the end game bosses i'll consider using them again =/.

Al thou that SRS/spectre summoning necro from elreon is a solid spectre pick now.

And he only gives said quest in maps? However, it would still be completely unusable to have only: a one time chance, once in X days. (or XX, dunno how common it is)

Still I tried to give SRS a go, but its too damn gear-bound... :(
glvl 20 to glvl 28 is an base-damage increase of more than THREE TIMES... thats just too crazy.
And alone getting said gear, +1/+2 staff and lvl4 empower, is worse than a complete setup for most other builds.

Additionally, it directly removes the usability of ES almost completely. (ES with neither shield nor shavs is simply impossible cuz of the low hitpoints)

Tried lvl 20 SRS in 6l armor alone but it deals horrible low dps. Right now I try to get a +2 helmet and try a 4l one. But even with cutting the 6th gem (addedfiredamage or miniondamage) I fear without the 5th (spell echo or inc-duration) it will eat up the +2 helm improvement...

And all this doesn't even count in... the fun...
I really like the idea of the possible diversion spectres could offer.

Btw:
Why no Hatred aura? Should be a totaL 36% additional damage, as SRS's fire damage is 50% conversion phy to fire damage, and calculated after increases and together with conversions.

Yep, this spectre can only be found in certain elreon quest missions. So its not exactly reliable lol. It would feel like snapshotting all over again, finding that one spectre in a high level map then never logging off.

This is like the upper most maximum u can achieve using SRS. Every build has something like this to push for.

Spell echo shouldn't be the 5th gem its probably the most important gem.

Try this:

SRS + Echo + MPhy + Mstrike <-core 4L
SRS + Echo + MPhy + Mstrike + Msplash + addedfire/miniondmg/empower <-6L

Not sure what your experiencing but my SRS was level 14(+4) so level 18 and I was doing level 78 maps with no problems with vaal haste + flesh offering.

Even a +2fire staff kicks ass.

I mean if u don't find SRS fun don't use it xD. I personally really enjoy using it. I have defeated the boss types that I found near impossible with my previous build. Maligra, academy boss, palace dominus, ect. Even when all my zombies/summons die I can still fight rouges/bosses and that feels pretty great.

Its really a personal choice. Hatred should give me more dps overall with zombies/srs but I like the utility of haste everything feels smoother and faster.

what chest armor do you suggest ? lightning coil or belly of the beast ?

I can't give u a straight answer at the moment as I still had not tested them both. I feel like physical damage can be mitigated by that enduring cry + immortal call combo. I have 5 seconds on physical invulnerability. 8 seconds if I grab another endurance charge.

So I would say Belly of the beast. You'll have extremely high amounts of life with high life regen.
