" Huh its kind of a relief what you are saying. I actually have a +2minion helm but its Dex only and I'm not sure its worth sinking jewellers and chromatics to get the right colours which mainly are blue and red.

Montreguls... well it seems they are 10+ exalts which the way I play probably never will get.They look so damn helpful though. I have a kickass 5L chestpiece that I bought from a vendor /sarcasm Found a tabula rasa the other day, I might just exchange it since this blue one doesnt really provide much anyway. I still feel that I'm kind of paperish though without an armor providing HP and resistences. I might just use an alchemy on a 4L chestplate I have in stash. hopefully snapshotting with the tabula rasa this 4L will prove useful. Right now I use a 4S 3L Bones of Ullr, though Windscream would be way better as I could use the skillpoints elsewhere from the passive tree but I would lose the second spectre as yet I have not taken the +1 spectre node. For Flasks I have yet to see a single Bubbling or Seething flask. Right now I just have these.

I might just try to sink some cash into getting one. Or just alterations (I have about 200), but I'm a bit uneasy to waste a lot of my currency on a single character. So far I was using elemental weakness and flammability because of the BMs, but maybe I should switch to the Warlords mark you are suggesting. Might slow things down though. thanks a lot for the explanations surVfate. I'm sure I might be able to improve things with my current gear/currency level. By the way are you guys using Arc for EE? or it is even necessary? it feels like it doesnt accomplish much. if anyone is interested here is my current gear. all suggestions are welcome:

The FAQ spoiler sections seems to be gone. Is there a reason why you removed it or am I just missing something?
It contained things such as recommendations as to which gems to upgrade quality first, etc. Can obviously look up the information myself, was just convenient and not sure why it was removed. Thanks! |

" Can't think of any other good lightning spell that is quick to cast and allows you to target mobs easy. it hits 3 times and 20% chance to shock per hit. I find it easy to stack shock charges on whites/blues with it for up to 90% more damage. Summoner is my most favorite build but i think the snapshot mechanics is not highly "end-game" viable compared to some other builds.
I have done 30+ temple maps with rare mods. I can beat most of them but I really don't want to do the temple piety with insane mods combined such as x% increased Monster Damage, unique Boss deals +x% Damage / unique Boss attacks x% faster, monsters fire x additional Projectiles, double boss.....etc This is just like gambling that she is having a chance to wipe your army under 3s before you could get her killed. Without my minions I have to summon again starting from scratch. So now when I alced some difficult map mods I will leave the boss to my another character to finish. I hope GGG could boost their hp or whatever that helps to avoid minions to be one-shot by crazy unique bosses ign: thirsty_guy

Is Moonsorrow a valuable wand to buy for this build? Put Arc in it for blind? Or does that not work for bosses. Bit torn in between what wand i should buy. Mana regen% perhaps? Seems quite needed for AA?
I am thinking moonsorrow with fast cast + warp + arc. Just not sure if it works with blind and if i can affort to loose some stats like mana regen / max mana. Edit: just read it'll be only a 9% chance, guess thats not worth it then? Or how does this work vs. uniques \ bosses? Because if you can cast it 10x in 4 seconds it's close to certain the blind works :P Found a sidhebreath today and bought a +2 minion helmet. Running 4 auras now (vit\grace\purity\clarity rank1). Currently level 67 and in 2 more levels i'll have my second spectre. Finally getting to a point where i am only 80% frustrated on dying minions instead of 100%. Perhaps a section for suggested leveling spells to use in lieu of summoning while at low levels.
Anyone have any suggests for such spells? My witch is having a little trouble. |

Just thought I'd comment on the trap/mine nodes.
With my build, currently lvl 77, my specters have +112% damage and +155 life (haven't taken any minion damage nodes yet). When my build fills out the rest, sacrificing two 15% minion damage nodes for the 'Expeditious Munitions' trap/mine node near the center would be a no brainier. Assuming lvl 20 gems with Trap (34% more), Remote Mine (49% more) and Minion Damage (imagining 150% minion damage vs 120% and 27% trap/mine damage) Minion Damage spec Multiplier = 1*(1+.34)*(1+.49)*(1+1.5) = 4.99 Trap Mine spec Multiplier = 1*(1+.34)*(1+.27)*(1+.49)*(1+.27)*(1+1.2) = 7.08 Totally worth it.
