Ninja Vampire wins. You see, some people seem to think that putting two super powerful concepts together, the cyborg, and the werewolf, would only make them stronger. Which is partially correct. They do become several times more powerful, but they also inherit one another's weakness. Weaknesses fit for an assassin to take advantage of.

A true ninja, would swoop down from the shadows and in blinding flipping ninja speed both fire multiple silver shuriken into every pressure point of the werewolf's flesh while also presenting to the cyborg components a logical paradox that would instantly force it to self destruct.

Neither side would even know what hit them.
