Ninja Vampire vs. Cyborg Werewolf
This is a question I love asking my buddies when were sitting around drinking and whatnot.
First I want to say that these are not some sissy vampires and werewolves from that Twilight crap. I like to think of them as some badass ones from the Underworld series. You can think of them as you want, and what powerset that comes with (vampires transform into bats & wolfs, werewolves getting stronger with moon cycles,etc...) Ill awnser this question myself after few post. I dont want to sway anyones opinions with my reasons for the winner. So i ask you all, who wins in a fight to the death? Ninja Vampire or Cyborg Werewolf? Last edited by TheJedipimp on Jul 7, 2012, 8:47:39 AM

Taken to their maximums, the cyborg portion of the werewolf means it wins. The precision and the tactical analysis of a cybernetic addon kind of nullifies the benefits of being a ninja.
Given that, I could then extrapolate if a vampire can transform into a bat.. we'll call it a really large bat... they can use hit-and-run tactics that the werewolf would not be able to deal with... by dropping weapons from the sky. If neither of those things end up with a win, then the final piece of information is that the cyborg would probably tire out more slowly if we assume that it's more efficient than its biological counterpart. Therefore if the aforementioned tactics failed, the cyborg werewolf would simply out-last the ninja vampire... Unless the vampire could feed on the werewolf, however if they can feed on the werewolf, then they can defeat it. Since feeding is then presupposed on a win condition, we must assume that it fails. Therefore the Cyborg Werewolf wins. If you have account problems please Email Support

Well depending on the equipment of the ninja vampire, the cybo-werewolf could be disabled with an EMP.

" With no parameters other than the basic assumptions we shouldn't probably postulate the use of external objects, because even if we did, any external object has a counter. The cybernetic werewolf can simply use a purely optical system or utilize a faraday cage or some other means of getting around an EMP. Really if you don't have rules, you must make certain assumptions about the parameters, else one of the two will bring a weapon that auto-kills the other. Haha that was much more detailed and technical explanation than i usualy recieve from my drunk buddies. I must admit i never thought about the rules to external weapons or the vampire feeding before.
I would have to assume with having the tech level to be a cyborg the werewolf would have a counter for an e.m.p. The vampire would be able to feed on the werewolf due to its nature of being a vampire. And most lores do lean toward the bit being fatal to werewolves Originaly i believed that the stealth of the vamp would easily be negated due to thermal tracking but vamps dont give off body heat because they are not technicaly alive. Still the werewolf could track smell. A ninja would definatly have a way to mask its sent tho. I used to think the cyborg werewolf would win but now im leaning towards the ninja vampire. The combo of stealth quick attack and the deadly bite i think would be enough to pull off the kill |

Depends on the time of day also, since in most stories werewolves can't even transform at will.

The silence is your answer.'' IGN: Vaeralyse | |
Very true. I was going off the assumption werewolfs can transform at will and the fight would be at night, just because this prevents any talk about the vampires most obvious weakness to sunlight.
Hahaha I really need to set up the rules and setting to the fight before i ask this question again |

Also, what period are we talking about here? Are we talking modern age? Are we talking futuristic? Are we talking industrialism?
If you ask me, we should follow the old Universal and Hammer films (where werewolves and vampires did fight), meaning early industrialism, for the most part. This makes it tricky for the werewolf, as the limited technology from the time won't really be able to give him any advantages. At the same time, during the early industrialism, the european countries (I assume that if we are going old-school, we'll also be in the creatures native country) wasn't really affected by east-asian culture, meaning that a vampire being trained to be a ninja at that time is highly improbable (but not impossible). If we follow the Universal films especially - though the Hammer films does this as well - we have another problem to take into account: The angry villagers. If we are going to do this real old-school, we'll have an angry mob armed with pitchforks and torches who will try to chase down the fighters during their fight, adding extra tension to the battle. Slighlty into the future when cybog tech when will be possible. Haha and we will say that the two of then are so skilled and powerful that any bystandards/angry mob types wont be an issue as they can be killed/removed with out interfering with the fight

Offering Kate Beckinsale as the prize would surely ramp up the the interest in winning.
$hit if she was the prize I'd take 'em both down :P Those who beat their swords into ploughshares, will plough for those who have not.
