Ninja Vampire vs. Cyborg Werewolf
Ya know what I think?
Werewolf: The Last Warrior. That's who will win. |
|
Neither would win, because a ninja cyborg monkey would win the day lol.

" Dude, don't be unrealistic. No-one would ever create that. |

Well.. vampires are "immortal" whilst werewolves always had the same lifespan as a human as they live most of their lives as one.
If the Vampire is trained to be ninja then he can conceal himself long enough to wait for the appropiate time to strike (moonless nights when the werewolf aren't able to transform) or if the werewolf can transform at will then simply keep it up til the werewolf dies and his cybernetic implants rust away. Keep in mind that even though the werewolves have superior senses - vampires do have a range of magical powers to create illusions and manipulate their targets at will by twisting their senses thus a werewolf's greatest advantage can be a double edged sword here. The more you depend on certain senses the easier to decieve one by manipulating them. Last edited by saki04 on Jul 9, 2012, 4:50:36 AM

" Underworld shows werewolves as immortal, that's kind of what the OP suggested to go out from. I have to say it depends wholly on what the abilities of the vampire are, and what augmentations the werewolf has. Does the werewolf have a motion detector? Does he have a laser gun in his eyes? Does he have strengthened skeleton? A blood cleansing unit? Does the vampire have magical abilities? If so what kind? Can the vampire fly? Standard ninja weapons? (Shuriken, sword, etc) My problem with this is that I consider future technology to be limitless and magic in general to be the same. It'd just be a showoff where the one given the most powerful skills would win. A cyborg could have energy shields, effectively negating anything the vampire does. The vampire could also have some form of kinetic shielding if it's magical, effectively negating any rebuttal. Movies/games/stories operate with arbitrary numbers etc to make stories interesting. Do we?
"Where are you coming up with this stuff? You are totally taking things too far. If people start making all kinds of crazy things up then neither ninja vamp or cy-wolf will ever win. It'll just be a case of both sides one-upping each other. In order for there to be a real debate things need to be kept simple and in a traditional sense. Vampires don't have magic. They can use hypnosis. Hypnosis is not magic. The can transform into a bat. This type of transformation is not magic. It is in an innate ability just as a werewolf transformation. Cyborgs dont have energy shields. This isnt Star Trek with photon torpedoes and whatnot. Cyborgs do not have laser beams in their eyes. A cyborg is a biological organism augmented by technology in a manner that enhances their own natural abilities. This means sharper senses, increased strength and stamina, faster metabolism, etc. (Think along the lines of the Six Million Dollar Man) When you make things too complicated then this question loses all it's fun. Eventually the cyborg will just have a Nuclear bomb, and then a disintegration beam, and then time travel. And the vamp will have teleportation and special liquid silver shuriken bombs. And then.. it's just all too ridiculous. |

That was my point.
There has to be set limits, we all know what a human's limits are, what a dog's limits are, so we can pit those two together just fine and debate who will win. A cyborg werewolf and a ninja vampire on the other hand can be anything, because they're imaginative. My final answer is: Cyborg tech cannot augment two organisms meaning the vampire wins, OR, the cyborg tech is so advanced it can augment two distinctly different organisms and the werewolf wins because such an advanced cyborg will also have shield-tech and lazormouth.
" Protip: We have EMP resistant technology these days, at least the military does. Cyborg Werewolf. |
|
Any time you start ramping things up (magic, atomic bombs, time travel, ect..) you can always find a way to negate that ability with another high level ability/weapon. So it comes down to the basics. And honestly I feel thats how most fights end up.
