GGG, you need to fix Alva npc flipping NOW!

Am I tripping or does OP not know how the exchange works!?

Who cares if someone buys "1000 Regal Orbs for 1 Exalted Orb"?
These orbs are not generated out of nothingness, they are "stock" in the market generated by actual players.
If then someone sells the "1000 Regal Orbs for 20 Exalted Orbs", they just made a good deal.

So what's the problem? That some ppl underprice their stuff? Mkay.

Yeah a limit on how much an account can trade per day should be imo otherwise this games is going to be just alva sitting and on the new league the same thing will happen.

Are we running in circles right now?
As I said before: sure, depends on why you play the game.

When I played, I did not play with the goal of making "infinite" currency and letting it gather dust in my currency tab, and I highly doubt anyone does this.

There are also a lot of players who just like to flip/craft stuff and make currency this way instead of farming maps, so you hypothesis of "sitting in hideout is a bad way to farm" is already debunked.

To each their own...

About the rest of your post, I have no clue what you're talking about as it seems to have nothing to do with what I wrote previously.

Pretty sure he was talking to me. I was referring to bots. You'll be effected, but not at the level a bot would be with exchange/trade limits per day. Course that's GGG's decision of what to do, how to do it, and where the limits start.

That would make more sense. The lack of quoting and line breaks make it hard to understand what's happening.

By the way, adding an arbitrary limit to using the currency exchange is a very bad band-aid fix that definitely doesn't solve the underlying issue regarding inflation.
Guys I've been doing this from time to time since the launch... don't tell me is not working, indeed I prefer to play the game than staying at Alva to get exalted orb. However why don't you just do it yourself instead of taking my words and see that you can do it endless, go play your map, get gold and use the gold at alva, then basically if your maps are dropping you currency or not doesn't matter anymore.
What I am saying is 100% accurate not maybes.

I suggest that you read to understand what is going on before jumping to talk nonesense. Nobody said they are generated out of nothing.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but you are the one who does not understand.
It doesn't matter the slightest that you can buy currency X for Y with a ratio of Z - the market is entirely based on "supply and demand".

Any issue you voiced has nothing to do with Alva at all, just causation fallacies.

BRO are you kidding me... ? The talk isnt about that, Because the exchange window doesn't show both buying and selling prices together, people miss the real ratio. This lets you flip orbs for a profit every time, effectively giving you extra Exalts without any effort (unless sitting at alva you consider effort), and that messes up the economy. GTFO from this thread if you don't even have the decency to read before posting garbage.

Nobody in their right mind would pay 1000:1 ratio if they know the other way is 1:50 unless they have no idea that they must press Alt key to see that info. This post is about fixing this issue so ppl can see clearly what is the ratio so this flipping can end.

So... when ppl sell something 1:1000 instead of 1:50 it's Alva's fault (the system)? Your entire "problem" can be boiled down to "ppl don't know better so they sell", but that's a THEM problem.

You know, trades only happen via the currency exchange if someone is on the other end meeting the ratio. If you think a ratio is "too low" then double check.
I won't even bother to reply to you. If you think is ok that everyone can just stay at Alva and get 5k exalts profit in few hrs of selling/buying back and forth the SAME currency because ppl are unaware about the Alt key (no where is mentioned you can press that)NO COMMENT LOL.

Okay, so legitimate question: what if they want to do that?
What's the issue with it? What if they want to "cheat code" their way into a meta build and then they obliterate the whole game? What if they even have fun doing it?
