If this is going to replace the endgame for 3.26 it's going to be a massive devastating downgrade. Please don't do it GGG, the current state of endgame is the only thing that keeps me coming back every league since it was introduced.


this is the exact thought process "make remaining people drop poe1 so we can focus poe2, except some beta-ideatesting" That's whole ggg rn and they think their hubris ain't noticable, intellectual dishonesty on high, as the ruler of Ogham would say.
This is such a god awful system, scrap this entirely and just give us the atlas tree.

it's upgrade and not downgrade - current atlas is very generic and limited in ways you can build.

If you go to the 2 mechanic on the right - you are taking many generic stuff like +2 increase for drop/anything

Then you getting slot to specialize in stuff that can be rolled - you can build around less generic and more specialized mechanics/procs.


looking at your characters i can see that you don't understand the game, thus not liking the atlas tree either, but you can be saved still if you learn to play the game a little. None of your characters ever even made it to 95, so your opinion on endgame is invalid.

We're already gambling for entry tokens to gamble for drops to gamble crafting... We dont need or want more gambling blocking progress or worse access to the base game content.
I'm sorry GGG, but I'm not a fan of this idea in the slightest. The Atlas tree is one of the best systems in POE1, and it feels like a huge let down that this is replacing that....

The relic system, as a concept, is cool, I suppose. But replacing the Atlas tree with this just feels like an uninspired way of taking away some of the fun of endgame in order to force us to interact with trade just to progress our maps...
Terrible. Those Relics have 4 stats which (in most cases I assume) don't fit together at all. Something like 1 essence, 1 heist, 1 harbinger and 1 breach stat. Something you would never do with your skill tree. I think that most mechanics won't even work properly anymore. 99% of these items will be garbage for what you intend to do, so you have to pick up and identify everything, and waste a lot of time managing your inventory - and in the end, you will probably have a much worse outcome compared to the old atlas passive tree, because it is RNG. Or you have to trade for these, and of course this will be a night mare, and of course the good things will be expensive.

I really don't like what they do with PoE1. Having half-baked leagues and rushing every new idea whether it is good or bad will not keep PoE1 players happy. People will not play everything just because it is new. They want new content for the original PoE1 experience, not old content for a ruined Poe1 experience. You cannot substitute proper game development.
You should have left it at the apology for not having time to do 3.26
This is just an insulting slap to poe1 players. Literally giving us content you already scrapped because it was bad. AND tacking on an inventory wasting gambling mechanic to sell stash tabs?
I'll be waiting for the apology for wasting time developing scrapped content that nobody wants.
The whole comment section being filled with people asking WTF youre thinking should be a wake up call from the gambling vision tencent is selling you.
Oh, just let poe1 die already and shut it down to finally give all resiurces for poe2. In poe1 left a few nerds who dont like anything new and potentially better
