POE1 is a relic. It needs to die.

Best is to divert all resources to POE2 and shut down POE1 as soon as possible.

As for POE2 issues, it's EA, borderline mental not to make balance changes, nerfs etc. It's EA. Do economy reset every two weeks if needed.

I dont want to jump on the rage at this bandwagon but boy oh boy is this dissapointing. Sure we get why poe2 is important to you guys, but its in development and delays are fine and expected in that situation. Poe1 is the game that it seems most of the player base enjoys (and spends money on) but now i guess its time for us to find something else to play because the game we have been funding for years is being kicked to the curb.
Just another sad, displaced poe1 fan provinding heartfelt feedback in the vain hope you will reprioritize the game that for over a decade has been the best one out there. Please dont let it die this death.

Mistakes happen. Good on you for owning it. Can't always make everyone happy either. Keep up the great work on POE 2 - it is the future.

This is not the solution....

You have a solid, working game. Don't break that to fix something else. I love POE2 and am looking forward to the improvements to it, but I also love POE1 and having a fresh league to play while you work out the numerous issues in POE2 would have been a great way to wait out the fixes for however long you needed. Everyone knows you are in EA, so you're getting a lot of leniency to work on it. But POE1 has no excuses to not have at least a scaled down league to play.

Seems corporate greed wins.

the people still playing POE are apparently not happy it would see (and quite vocal lol) but for me it’s good news. greatly anticipating what’s to come in POE2 and wishing to see it receive the highest priority
