Yea, they need to nerf Hammer of The Gods because it can literally oneshot Pinnacle Boss at the highest difficulty with full party members.

Need to consider perspective.

"Op" is a sliding scale based on anything's comparison to everything else.

If you nerf The top five builds. The next top five will also be op compared to everything else...

True balance never existed. No arpg has EVER been balanced.

Be careful what you wish for.

100% right here. I never understood people crying about nerf this and nerf that in a PVE game. If the build looks op, then make it. I honestly don’t get it. If the company wants to balance the game, then buff your content. More boss HP etc.

Public announcement for people that don’t already get it, EVERYONE IS GOING TO GET NERFED AT SOME POINT! If you can’t take that, go play something else until next year when 1.0 releases. Just get it in your head now. There’s going to be a build that is the best build you have ever played, and you’re gonna think about playing it all day in school or at work and about what upgrades you want to do or different stuff you want to try with it. Then one day you’re gonna read the next patch notes and GGG is going to totally destroy your dreams.

If the thought of that angers you, this isn’t the game for you. No one who’s played this game for any period of time cares either. Save your fingers from typing out the “quitting the game, wtf GGG?!?” Literally no one cares. Not on here, or on Reddit.

While we are at it, can we please just admit to ourselves that Reddit is the worst thing to happen to gaming in gaming history.

Thnx bye

I agree with your sentiment. Although I need to suggest that if they nerf Warrior he'll be crushed into a singularity and cause a black hole...

Also reddit isn't just the worst thing for Gaming, its been a net negative for humanity.
When we are at the point where even like basic things like basic bow shot (granted the one i seen was stupidly expensive but i guess most op builds kind of are) and normal mace strike are absolutely blasting, where exactly do you even start to try and nerf things, at this point you are going to completely gut classes since you can barely even leave them with basic attacks.

I can half get it for what should be the absolute pinnacle content but everything else it's kind of peeing in the wind, the way the mobs are with their poe 1 mods and the insane way they can stack up or even overlap at times i think the keyboard would end up out the window pretty fast.
Hopefully soon.
All builds are OP in PoE2 when you have the gear. This game is more gear-dependent than ever before. We follow a streamers' build guide but we'll still end up with 20 times less DPS.

How do you expect them to fix that without making undergeared casuals suffer?

sheep mentality

true balance will never exist, but this doesn't mean some builds should be 20x more powerful than others on the same budget
