Support Email Response Delays
lol if you guys just solved people's issues like any other game company there wouldn't be tons of support requests which would fill up your backlog even more. Is it that hard to delete an account? It's a button click.

The SMTP servers for your MX on grindinggear.com are now rejecting mails because the receive rate is too high.
I'm sure this is directly related to the fact the mail servers have been too busy to receive mail sent from over 4 days ago, then all the mail sent inside that window gets into a store and forward state. This means queueing up at people's mail exchangers (yes, with backoff protocol of course but this is over many many mail exchangers) thereby making the problem even worse. People's mail are going to bounce, and then they are going to HAVE to send a new mail.. I've already had a mail come back as undeliverable. For my case, if you instead made it so people could self-service UNLINK steam or UNLINK an e-mail address, I wouldn't need to mail support. Yet another unpaid Path of Exile 2 Alpha Tester. I still don't understand why I replied to an email on Nov 30th with info required to unlink my steam and it's almost the 11th and I'm still waiting. Thats something that should take 5 minutes max and this was before EA released. I have to say that everytime I've had to deal with support it's been the worst of any company I've ever had to deal with with it taking weeks or months to fix an issue that should take 5 minutes.
PS Why in the world are you still using email for support and not some form of ticket system where the user can atleast see they are still in the queue and where they are at, rather than email where they have no idea where they are in line or even if they are still in the queue at all and someone didn't click complete or delete their email and they are sitting there waiting for support that will never answer |

Yeah! You're website has no checkout page and I bought a 240usd pack by accident (partly because I dumb I know) and wanted to downgrade to the first one. support DID reply but only to ask personal info to validate... then no answer since almost a week. I even received a message from gmail telling me the email wasnt delivered because you can't receive any :(
