Yeah I'm glad I didn't buy many micro transactions on my locked account. I'm pretty close to just starting over now with this account. I don't even know if I should bother emailing them anymore, it's just not working.

Bumping issue as emails do not work. Still no access and out of 100$ there has to be another method to get some support.

We bought their product and can't login.They dont even bother explain to us or assist us. This is CHEATING our money

I can't believe this is happening! I made this video outlining my experience. Their email server is broken for me and I feel like i'm spamming them now.

" The weird thing is the Forum Moderator, as we keep saying our email cant reach them and are broken. they need an active X/twitter manager with a sub-team of staff if they cannot implement a website ticket system with live assistance quickly. i also paid $100 and just twiddling my thumbs like a dumbass.. especially during the holidays right now.

So I just saw a reddit post of someone's interaction with GGG support with timestamped emails from today. Hopefully that means they're working through them and able to respond now...

got account locked apparently shortly after reaching chapter 3 in the drowned city it seems to be happening to more players so there must be something in that portion of the game thats triggering the accounts to become locked.
support is non existant up to this point. very dissapointing. might have to issue a refund request on steam if this isnt resolved soon |
