I've sent emails they all bounce back undelivered.

But after 24hour or So, the email bounce back and said: [ Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. ] i already send 2 email.the problem here is we cant even contact you through email. the communication are totally broken. i really hope GGG can really help us in some sort of way and not email.email are broken USD30 might be cheap for others, but for different region after currencies convert it might be quite a sum for me. i do understand that you guys are busy fixing bug n sort, but we bought the game, at least we should able to log in the game isn't it? We have been made aware of some issues regarding players having difficulty sending emails to our Support inbox. The team is looking into this, and hope to get this working again as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. | |
If it's possible to patch the client to allow us to put in a new account name at the activation check, or links with the steam account using the client, then we could solve the problem ourselves. As it stands, it just auto-locks into the name it already has.

Still getting messages can't be delivered. Not trying to be a jerk, I just figure it's going to be hard to tell if you still aren't getting messages unless someone tells you.

I know Forum Moderator cant help with account related problem.So I really hope Forum Moderator can pass our S.O.S message to Supportive Department, we totally cannot contact with you guys, Support Email cant be reach.

At this point it looks like it may take a week or weeks before everything is sorted out. I have been waiting a couple days now for a reply back still, but at least my email went out.
