Account locked Help

It seems to be the case that they simply dont care that users paid money to play a game they created.

They got there money they dont care now at this point, people can say oh yeah they got a lot of emails for support, well guess what i sent 3 emails in 3 days. There is no support?

They are busy putting out other fires. GGG has never been good at the support side of things, or at clarifying "yes we're working on it".

If a dev could come in here and be like "We're looking at it", that would be super great for morale.

From launch until now i cant get a email code to my locked account. Ppl already lvl89 ingame and youtuber streaming left and right and yet i still cant even log in. just needed an email code to, and they failed on just an email, how they gona fix harder stuff ingame?

Well at this point I'm glad I bought it through steam. I'm sure they wouldn't refund me if I bought it here and I'm sick of waiting. If you won't provide basic support to allow me to use the game I paid you for Then you will no longer have my money.

Just requested my refund for the $100 edition. between the last message I posted and this one I got another email saying my emails aren't being delivered. That level of incompetency is crazy in todays world. They don't deserve my money.

Steam refunded all of it. Now that's customer support!

Bumping this back to the top. Seeing loads of responses to other bugs yet responses to players literally not having access to products they have purchased is non-existent! Consumer rights laws mean nothing I guess!

GGG at least make us First priorities and assist us who's Account are locked and needed code to log in first. We pay to play early access not open your launcher and keep spamming resend email.

We send email to your support only to know email not receive by your side 2 days later.

At least Get us in the game first ~!
