Account locked Help

Day 10 of waiting for support to respond to my friends ticket. He is unable to even log in the website "Account Locked".

Hey GGG. still dont want to settle our issue with account locked code?
What so hard bout it? I just need the code to unlock then settle rite?
If email cant send the code....you should manually do it.or generate a universal code and pm to us, at least let us log ingame first. Or temporary release a patch to get rid of the account locked crap first. i think i've been patience enough.

would be cool to know what kind of info they need to know so they can identify your account too. I ended up sending like 4 emails because I kept coming across shit they’d probably need to know and I had no clue.

Just wait till they get back to you asking for one of these things and the wait resets lol.

Steam ID, account email, steam transaction number, ingame character names? Dunno what else a guy could provide.

I've screenshot all my receipt of purchase,all my char name. I really dont know what else to provide other than my undies size.

same here. Account locked and no answer for over 10 days now.
this sucks and i cant play.
