Account locked Help

I don't know if this will help anyone. I purchased the early access dlc on steam and I was able to get into the game. The early access I bought from POE website didn't do anything for me.

I logged into my account with my ID, selected a character to start the game, entered the loading screen, and then returned to the login account interface

Bumping this, still broken.

I needed an email address change because the original account created in 2013 uses a now dead email, that request received a reply Nov 26th; staff has many items, please wait. 2 days later I asked again they said please wait and don't send any follow up emails. Dec 6th tried the log in and Account is locked, press the magic button to get an unlock code sending to the Dead email I wanted changed back in November. I mentioned this also in PMs and a couple other emails, are we getting pushed back now?

How long is this gonna take? Almost 24 hours and not a single e-mail yet, f*ck me i guess...

I emailed friday on release and yet here we are still nothing lol

I also need support for a locked account. I emailed Friday. I can't even play the first game while I wait, this sucks.

Can we even get an idea of how far behind support is? literally any kind of acknowledgement that they even got my email? This is so damn frustrating.

Lets group up and sue to firm, it’s been 6 days my account was locked and no one answer and respond to me. As a lawyer I’m gonna contact with people and group up on reddit in a post for who bought the game and couldn’t get access and couldn’t get any help. There is a lot of customer who buy packs and did not get the service and it’s a not a joke for business. If you couldn’t get access and spend any time in POE2 because of the firm who sold that packs, your legal rights to sue the firm. If you cannot get any help and fix for your situation within 24 hours take screenshots of your posts and game screenshots with error messages and keep invoice of your purchase, lets make some noise 👍 may this time we can get a response at least!
