I bought the EA pack, but for the moment I just wanted to play some PoE1 over the holidays...
I remember that this unlock sheenanigans were fixed immediately back in the day. If they have known they could have sent out an email to everyone 1-2 months ago so that every returning playing had at least the chance to verify their new rigs :/ |

Day 8 here of waiting for a Answer.
Has anyone even gotten another Mail except them asking for Account Name and 1 or 2 Char names? Anyone here had their account actually unlocked or gotten closer? I messaged from 2 differnt E-Mails since the ones from the first one didn't get delivered (this was what i thought) but one got delivered so i got this nice mail after 6 Days: " Hey there, Thanks for contacting us. Could you please let us know if you've contacted us about this via a different email address? We look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards, Whai " They also don't seem to read mails at all now and just act on the headline of the mail which is even worse (reason my account even got locked in the first place since they didn't read the mail properly) I swear if on my answer they ask if this is still an issue or ask for stuff i've already sent them i'll have to really call consumer protection.
