Account locked Help

Guys at this point if you want to play poe2 you have 1 option (buy new package with acess on new account) ive seen people dont recieve any emails since start of december. If you think they read forum's they did not. It's just pointless to calculate your days in thread.

I've seen some discussions outside this forum where players in the same situation are trying to get more visibility on this issue.
If you're still locked out and waiting for a response, it might help to look at ongoing conversations on social platforms and see how others are approaching it. Sometimes, issues get noticed faster that way. #UnlockOurAccounts

i will give them by end feb to unlock my account, if i dont get my account back by end feb, i would have been locked out for 2 months+ and its a fucking joke.

imagine seeing others in similar situation yet theirs get resolved faster and u just keep fucking waiting with no fucking light at the end of the tunnel.
Well add me to the list for people who cant enter the game after a small break.
Just send the email to support and i wonder how long it takes before they unlock it.

What a pathetic waty of treating your customers GGG. I spend hundreds of euros in your game and this is the way you go?

You either step up or im gonna file a refund from my bank for all the purchases made because you guys are frauds.
