Account locked Help

Games gonna be out of EA before we get any help
Then it would be free, so we can join in again XD
this happened to me a few days ago, they just yoinked my POE2 access and haven't provided any support / acknowledged the issue anywhere

I found a youtuber, who claimed he got a response by mailing contact@ whilst mailint support@. I also tried.

Have you other ppl gotten this fixed ?
I'm sending different questions from 10 of my emails and two of my friends' emails. If you avoid sending the account and character names, there's a higher chance they'll reply. But if you send any response afterward, whether it's the account and character names or something else, you won’t get an answer.

The ones I noticed that got responses were:

Saying my purchase was canceled.
Saying a newbie friend is trying to play the game but his login doesn’t work.

Now, the ones that didn’t work and got no help are:

Reporting an issue with a skin microtransaction purchase.
Sending the account and character names directly.
Asking why they just don’t respond at all.
Questions about how to change a character’s name in the game.
Mentioning any type of login error.
Questions about buying MTX.

In short, they just don’t seem interested in replying to anything.

I loved playing PoE2, but it’s impossible. If I buy another key, it’s likely it’ll get blocked again, so there’s no point in trying to play this game. Even my PoE1 account was blocked along with PoE2. And no, on the site for my other account, the one that got blocked, it doesn’t say “banned account.” They simply revoked my key and won’t let me play for no reason.

I’ll keep creating new emails and using a VPN to send them infinite different emails until they let me play one day.
This is ridiculous.

i thought about that maybe owner of the key refunded their supporters pack, but why they would make that refund if keys are used?

yesterday i played around 7am, came back home from work 3pm and access suddenly missing

I've refunded the game on Steam and wrote a negative review. This is pretty disappointing since I can't even play POE1 over the holidays.

I don't expect to get a response for another month or so... I hate that NONE of the streamers/youtubers are even touching this subject. No one with any amount of influence is going to bat on our behalf.
