I tried to write to them with another email address today, something magical happened, I received a reply within 5 hours, I opened the email happily, something that made me even angrier happened, exactly the same as the email I received before, copy and paste, my email provided all the information, and GGG's reply asked me to provide the account and 4-digit authentication code, as well as several character names. These damn people really ignored us and never read the letters we wrote. [Removed by Support]

Day 12 of being locked. however, i recently got a response from support about the other issue I reported!
12/10/24: Sent mail to GGG on the shipping of my hoodie/shirt 12/13/24: GGG responded asking for details 12/23/24: I sent a follow up mail 12/26/24: Item is delivered(I placed my order 12/6) 01/20/25: Account got locked. Email sent to GGG for support 01/20/25: GGG responded asking for details in which I've provided in my initial mail 01/30/25: GGG responded on the hoodie/shirt concern and to check the shipping status on a certain link I don't know how they are tracking all the issues... |
