Account locked Help

maybe all the ggg staff that didn't drown while swimming their bathtubs full of our money are living on the beach in some resort town now. and we're bamboozled here still complaining that we can't play some f'n videogame lol.

4 DAY LOCKOUT CLUB HERE. unlock me first plz. These games are more addictive than smokes.

This is the worst support system i ever have to deal with.

All this money and they have sourced support from India who are now just replying with general replies that ask for information that has already been provided in the original email lol

Day 11 locked out. still counting...............

So i put little work in today to spam their mail support, and every time i asked for help on my locked account they would respond after 13 min with the answer bellow. I got this kind of mail about 5 times.

If you reply to this mail they will ghost you. This shitty response is way better then my first support mail which i send out 8 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. My advice would to refund this game on Steam. Make a case on Steam support why you can't play the game and hurt GGG in their wallets.

Just got the same email as everyone.

I literally sent them my account name and the name of my character in the email they're replying to XD

Joking aside: If there's one (1) guy answering all the tickets and forwarding account information to one (1) other guy trying to recover accounts....
Guess we'll sit here for a little while.

LOL they've got the Nigerian Prince working on the other part. All I needed to do was send my personal info and banking information and my account would be unlocked.

for real though my guess is after Christmas sometime.

I guess so too.
Let's hope the automated mail is a good sign and somewhere someone got a ticket with our names in their inbox waiting to be resoled :)
