Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

This is an issue that persisted since the first day of the original POE, I don't think they'll ever fix it and this game will never grow too big because the moment there are too many people online, these issues start plaguing random people. These issues eventually lead people to quit the game. It doesn't help that whenever it happens and someone asks about it in chat, everyone else goes "no there are no problems, it's just you"

There's a few different issues at play that all interfere with this, making it hard to figure out the source of the issue

There's 1 type of bug where your specific instance will start lagging, so one area will be laggy and resetting the instance can help make it not laggy. If you notice that you have lag spikes in one area, but not another, then it's this kind of issue.

There's the wifi issue on intel motherboards, where the wifi performs a scan every 10 minutes or so which causes a massive lagspike, this is circumvented by finding a way to disable the scan or using a cable to connect to the internet instead of wifi.

There's also the option of using your phone to connect to the internet, using a usb cable and the tether option. This one saved me many times in the past, sometimes phone's internet was functioning better than my regular home internet, sometimes even if I just used the home internet through phone's wifi.
Capping my fps to 60 seems to have solved this for me.
I think the issue here is the servers
Target fps 60, background and foreground fps capped at 60. It helps.

Another report to add to the mountain, the game is currently unplayable in maps.

Playing at 4k, high settings w/ no global illumination, DLSS Quality, Dynamic Culling and Dynamic Resolution off, nvidia reflex on, stutters on DX11, 12 and Vulkan. Latency between 9-13 most of the time.

Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RTX 4090
64GB DDR5 6000mhz
Game installed on a 2TB SATA SSD

CPU/GPU temps are stable, no overclocks.
Playing on a fresh poe 2 install.

Appears to be a CPU issue, it spikes on the in game performance graph when the game stutters.

Nvidia game driver 552.22, latest versions of game and studio drivers caused immediate client crash when trying to login.

for me this is the first night it became impossible to play actually, yesterday was a bit laggy but nothing big of an issue. hold still network ms goes barely upto 80ms, move then it goes 20ms - 800ms every 3 sec then it stucks around 5sec and then fast forward to future... Please GGG fix this issue asap, we really want to appreciate this wonderful game

Has GGG mentioned anything about network MS spiking?
Happening to me too, also, in the fight with Count Geonor I started lagging considerably all over. Before that it was only the brief lag at certain points as if it were a connection issue. This used to happen in POE 1 too
58 pages of reports and this goes widely ignored? how the frick can this be???
The game is unplayable for so many people because of a desync issue with the game. It has nothing to do with the peoples connection.
