Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Was perfectly stable for week and now it's completely unplayable. Constant spikes from 30ms to 200+ every few seconds. Playing on Steam. Hap GGG

I dont know how related this is but I just started maps as a grenade merc and I am considering re-rolling because firing grenades are your main attack causes slight stuttering and lag. It gets worse on bigger packs and i tried ritual and it wasnt very good for positioning because of the lag. (My MS is usually 20-32), fps goes from 90 down to 45 as the grenades explode then back up. I even lowered all my graphic settings to the minimum and nothing changed.

Stuttering like crazy right now. My typical gateway is offline (has a ?) so I'm going through a different one. Can't really play like this.

55 Pages seems a bit excessive for no acknowledgement. GGG can we get some sort of narrative to this?
