I am near ready to just uninstall, its that bad. I network latency spikes from 30ish to over 300 and pausing the game. I feel like i am playing a stop motion game.

I'm also experiencing this regularly - and decided to make my own post about this with a ping trace log.

bump, I get stutters every few secs since 0.2
Also it's weird, it looks like it's server side. In every other game the stutter is almost instant and still noticeable, in PoE 2 since the 0.2 patch for me, the stutters are like almost half a second long where the screen just freezes in place when i use an ability, then resumes feels more like quick game pauses than actual stuttering edit: my ping shoots up every time the "stutter" happens, every few seconds. makes no sense Last edited by DTM4#5985 on Apr 13, 2025, 10:37:00 AM

Hello,
Over the past week, I was experiencing persistent stuttering issues and tried several troubleshooting steps without success. Eventually, I enabled IPv6 on my Ethernet adapter and configured Google’s public DNS within the IPv6 settings. To my surprise, the lag disappeared completely. I'm not an expert in networking, so I'm not entirely sure why this resolved the issue—but it worked. If you're facing similar problems, this might be worth trying. Im on EU. (It was a fluke, 1 hour without and now LAG IS BACK GOD DAMN IT) Please update if you fix yours somehow. ![]() Last edited by pillikano#2983 on Apr 13, 2025, 12:37:24 PM

Pressing F1 and watching my network bar go up and down like some music equalizer is nasty.
Really hope GGG is fixing this asap, this is taking away all the fun. nonstop 0 to 100+ ms up and down. in some areas it's stable but in most areas it's wildly fluctuating. I'm on a fiber network as well without wifi. |
