Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

I'm getting lag over 25000ms in maps but a smooth 16ms in my hideout.



I have zero issues streaming content or playing other games. Here is my ping in my hideout.

I really hope GGG starts to talk about this because its the number 1 thing bugging me.
Do not despair! I'm sure they will take it very seriously. This kind of performance impact across a wide variety of systems is assuredly a priority to iron out, but it does take time. I believe this is completely acceptable during Early Access, and will continue to enjoy the game as it improves.

So try not to be too upset! It'll get better, just takes time.
GGG, please take this problem seriously. It's been a week since I last played the game.
I hope they will fix it because there are still problems with drastic fps drops, and constant loading of shaders on every map wherever I am, which causes further problems with playability, ending this topic in one word - tragedy.
Okay i cant play anymore, earlier i get this once a day and usually vpn help me, but now each 3rd map i get this network spykes 50-120ms and game unplayable. Nothing help me, reload, reboot, change servers, disable smt on bios etc etc etc. i just staying at start of map and latency graph jump. Its ok and stable 9ms in hideout, and i can play only auction, but why.
i am playing on Moscow gateway,checked the logs and i noticed that sometimes i am getting connected to German instance instead of Moscow one and because of it i am getting massive latency spikes. only fix for me is refresh the zone till proc a instance server that is matching the gateway i picked when login XD.

first one is Frankfurt , second is Moscow. Same zone. pressed respawn at checkpoint. instance changed to German one XD


i tested in PoE 1 , no problems , restarted the zone like 15 times stable ping.

No, they won't xD They do not care(as they never cared for PoE1). They are too busy spending money from EA on holidays xD
I found a fix that corrected this issue for me after weeks of frustration, so I figured I'd post it here. Installing the Nvidia "studio" driver instead of the "game ready" driver has completely eliminated the lag spikes, so it seems that its caused by a bug in the Nvidia game-ready driver. You can find this from the pull-down box at the top of the Drivers area in the Nvidia app.
