PoE2: "Failed to connect to instance"

Same issue: "Failed to connect to instance"
I'm running on PC through Steam.

Here is what I have done:
* Reset cable modem = Didn't fix the problem
* Verified game files (through Steam) = Didn't fix the problem
* Tried a different character = Didn't fix the problem
* Tried creating a new character = Didn't fix the problem
* Reset the zone instance by Ctr-Clicking the instance = works sometimes

I'm sad that I have to go play something else :(
Hopefully this will be addressed soon.

Same thing for me, but just started today. I tried 15 times to just log in to my hideout and it disconnects with "Failed to Connect to Instance". I tried both Steam client and stand alone. Eventually it worked and I was finally able to login. Zoned to trials. Put in key and tried to enter trial. Disconnected, "failed to connect to instance". Tried 5 more times and finally worked. I'm scared to do anything at this point as I don't want to risk losing a trial key or map.

* Rebooted
* Tried both Steam and Stand alone clients (same problem)
* Tried connecting to different area (texas vs DC)
* Rebooted router

Not sure if there was a patch this morning or last night, since this is new for me. But it's really frustrating.

Same. Finally got to end game, and suddenly over the last 24 hours, my husband and I are both having "failed to connect to instance" errors so often we are barely able to play. We have fiber and had not been experiencing issues with this until now.

I am concerned that by the time GGG devs come back from the holidays and are able to correct the issue I will have moved on to another game. It would be a shame if they lose players because nothing gets fixed while they are on vacation/holiday when everyone else is also on vacation/holiday.

Also concerned because there are no responses at all to this thread from staff when there are pages and pages of people having the issue.

One of my characters repeatedly gets failed to connect to instance errors when trying to load into a map/hideout/in-game from login screen. I can create a new character and load into the game. Any fixes?

I'm using Wowway. How about anyone else with the problem?
Could this be an ISP issue?

i am on WoW aswell... same issues as everyone else. i also have the PC Crash issue.

update: i swapped to hotspot and nothing changed.

Same. Started yesterday for me too.

This issue started last night after everyone in our discord got disconnected. Went to get my kids for Xmas (2hr drive) come back excited to play and have been dealing with this ever since. Tried all the things as far as checking files on steam, reinstalling the game. Even tried the stand-alone launcher still getting the problem. It is almost to the point I don't want to play until something can be done. However the enjoyer of pain side of me still continue to push though.

Sidenote I'm also using WOW internet in Central Florida.
