PoE 2 - I hate trial of the sekhemeas so much

The Trial of the Sekhemeas can hurt a lot for melee/close ranged characters, yes.

But once you have the hang out of it, the Trial of the Sekhemeas is too easy.

With my Sorc I entered the Boss Room with full Honour and finished it with 462/732 Honour ::

BEST REGARDS,

Welp just remember this is EXACTLY the kind of things ggg wanted us to test during this EA.
(also I totally agree the trails are over tuned and punishing)
I FUCKING HATE THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only thing I hate about it is the honor system. It needs removed or greatly buffed so that it regens or something. The way it is makes it way to punishing especially for newer players.
Never liked Sanctum, so I don't much care for this. Feels like it limits build diversity with the honor system.
This is a brick wall for me as a casual player in POE1 and returning to enjoy the game but frustrates me I wanted to uninstall this game I am a melee character :( Struggle is real not fun.
I really enjoyed it, I never did Sanctum in POE1 because of fear of failure but having to do it for an ascendancy pushed me out of my comfort zone. Didn't seem that difficult even though I stupidly choose the reduced movement speed debuff in the very first room because I didn't realise it would carry through to all the rooms - still barely lost any honour to traps.

Final boss did take longer than any other boss but probably being a bit over cautious.

The first one is a freeby or at least if you don't give up on the first try you will eventually manage it even under suboptimal circumtances.

Getting the third ascendancy is where it really hurts. I heard rumors that it might even be bugged and you might not even get your points even if you finish it.

But what i can confirm, since i tried it twice, is that it is absolutely overtuned. Close to the second boss every normal monster that hits you will take away 100+ honor easily and you can get debuffs like no evasion, monsters have way mmore life, way more attack speed and some game breaking ones that are even more awful...In addition to that the twin bosses at the end of floor two are as deadly as it gets, you cannot get hit by them or it is joever...as is said i made it there twice, one time with decent honor left...No shot at getting the third ascendancy and from what i understand the second floor doesn't even unlock the third ascendancy. You would have to finish annother floor for that...

I remember Sanctum League. I hated the mechanic so much I quit playing before launch weekend was over, and skipped the league. I didn't want to play Totems in order to not get hit.

Making Sanctum a trial mechanic in POE2 does not make me happy. Sanctum needs to be removed from the game.
I simply hate it. Especially for melee characters. ITS purely frustrating. (not take into account that the enty is rng based anyway..)
