PoE 2 - I hate trial of the sekhemeas so much

AGREE , I ABSOLUTELY HATE it

Almost CLear it First try solo but the mini volcano ,rock wall, the slam, rock fall.... Holy shit.

I seriously don't want to do that again and I also have 2 Casual friend to carry through the trial.....

Honor points system need to rework IMO or may be change the boss so that it has less RNG AOE attack. I don't know about the end game mode but I would avoid anything with Honor points like a plague

I HATE IT as well, someone people I know aren't even interested in playing anymore because of this.

It's not a skill issue if it's a bad design and doesn't work properly.

Escape Rooms don't work properly because grabbing loot off the ground is some how 10x worse, and interacting with the crystal is like a gamble to see if you can target it in time ( At least this is my experience with controller). I've lost runs over this stupid mechanic that I don't even want to do. It's not fun, people don't like it. People will definitely not want to replay some shit like this every League.I don't even want to do it.

Sanctum is really only fun/good if you actually have a build that's designed to work well in sanctum. Unless you have range it's not a fun mechanic to do bottom line.
People DO NOT want to feel pigeon held into certain classes and skill's just to play the games shit mechanic, it's bad design.

So, complete the trial? The timer turns off on finishing the final crystal in the escape trial, giving you all of the time in the world to explore the area before moving on.

Don't stop and kill every enemy you find, just run past them and tag the crystals. You can murder them all later.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.
I didn't read anything posted here, just wanted to contribute to the feedback

So im playing warrior, sekhemas is not fun. Running with a timer isn't fun, i just run through the thing so i don't take loot... and don't come back neither to pick it because too boring and time consuming.

For bosses i only know tha i just lost 2 times to the lava volcano thingy, he is just not fun to play against, especially as a melee character since you can't focus on you positioning that much. The honour thing is kinda frustrating since i lost (0 honor) to tiny volcano things while not have been touched by the boss himself once. MEH

Trying to get specialization on warrior actually made me stop playing. I have no idea who the hell came up with this brilliant plan of locking character progression behind mechanic that literally makes half of your class concept feels bad and useless.

I can do rooms without an issue but boss design in the way that you will get hit and you will lose honor and you will fail. I've seen people kill it on precisely crafted builds and usually way over lvl 22 when i got to it, but for now i take a pause until they either move specialization somewhere else or rewok honor for melee.
Absolutely hate Sanctum as well.

I hope they add different trials so different builds can do them.
Remove this mechanic!! killed the final boss and also lost all my honor at the same time.

Whoever thought up this awful mechanic needs removed from the design team, it's utter garbage for ALL melee classes. Sure you can manage it with ranged but that doesn't really do a Warrior much good now does it? I shouldn't have to dodge roll 10 times just to use my alt weapon to do a sliver of the bosses health while surrounded by exploding volcanoes and aoes that somehow hit me from across the screen. I've loved everything else about POE2 so far but this is AWFUL
This game was so great until I hit the Trial of Sekhema as a warrior this is complete shit. Anyone who says being a ranged player doesn't make a difference is smoking crack.

I'm literally going to go back and build a Ranger and try the Trials and if it feels easier as a ranged player, the mechanics of the Trial are complete shit for Melee players.

Yea I am honestly just blown away myself at how dumb this is.
I rolled a sword(hammer smash even better) n board Warrior and built
around stacking mobs close to me.
So I as a mele "tank" character am just supposed to avoid being hit all together as a "challenge".
The fact that they did not put in diff challenges for e class to try to play to its fighting style and just threw this in. My 6 year old even said out loud
"that's stupid I think"..
absolute dogshit.
