Absolutely disapointed -- This game is hard, and not in a fun way.
" Yeah and some people who quit post their parting thoughts on the game so they could possibly re-visit it to enjoy in the future if appropriate (to them) changes are made. But simply saying they should just leave and that's that. Pretty silly. |

The game is genuinely way too easy. After you have played for a bit and realize how to make a decent character all the bosses don't really put up a fight anymore. Most bosses need like 50% more life completely unironically. It's just that certain builds are still really awful, like playing a fire sorc without raging spirits is absolutely atrocious while a 2h mace warrior or a lightning arrow ranger absolutely dominates all encounters and the bosses barely get to do anything without being stunned.

I am just pointing out that i find it funny how all this different kind of players trying to change a game that came out a couple of days ago just because they didnt get what they were expecting. But theyre looking for D4 that is availabale to everyone or poe 1 and that is also available to everyone. So "feedback" like i quit because the first boss is to hard or i quit because its not dropping orange all the time or like i cant just run the map in 2 minutes is pointless. If the gamedesigners wanted to copy that kind of game whats already out there they could do it i am sure. They obvoulsy didnt. GGG shouldnt cater to an audience that is there because of the hype. We all know they wont stay no point to destroy your game for that audience. This kind of game is not for casual couch players or if it is then its no game for us here. |

" Regardless of how you feel about anything - the reality is this game was launched in early access because they are looking for the overall player experience everything from the Top of the ladders to the bottom. What can they fix for the bottom players to make it easier without compromising the integrity of the game? That's the whole point of this. Where are the pain points for people and what can they do about them. The extreme overreaction with the logic you have is absolutely incredible. This is your problem 100%. You're looking at feedback from people wanting it to be easier and more rewarding like they want it to be D4. That's a BS perspective. Let's say PoE2 is a 3 on a scale of 10 and D4 is a 10 on that scale. Your logic is either it has to be a 3 or a 10. What about 4,5,6,7,8,9? It's not an either/or situation. "Melee has aways been bad, not to mention the fact that its much more gear dependent than a caster or minion build. Some melee builds can be pretty decent once u get the right gear but i would NEVER pick a melee build for starting a new league/season its just way too punishing if u dont get any good gear drops |

" Melee is actually in a fantastic spot right now. The warrior feels really great and it's incredibly strong at both aoe clearing and bossing. |

"Which is exactly why they should focus on balancing the builds and not just buffing bosses to compensate for the top perfoming builds. This is exactly what they did wrong in poe 1, they adjusted the endgame to match the power creep instead of balancing the builds which is why a lot of builds was no longer viable for endgame and we ended up with a meta where u pretty much had to follow specific ways of scaling dps and defences which unfortunately only fits certain skills and playstyles. To be honest poe 1 had its peak around 2016-17. Very few builds like ele wander was too broken back then and u could pretty much make any skill and playstyle work for endgame content. Today its more like follow the meta or die cause the endgame is balanced for those top performing builds. I miss those days when i could play totems or cast while channeling discharge jugg and actually make it through the endgame. Today totem builds are pretty much useless for anything but sanctum or Zhp bossing except for a few specific builds, and if there is something i dislike its having to follow a specific way of playing a skill |

"Well im glad to hear :) havent really tried yet cause like i said melee always sucked in the past, in fact it sucks in many ARPG's.
