POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Same issue. Ryzen 7 7800x3d, 4080 Super. Disabling Multithreading grinds the game from smooth to ~30 fps so that's a no go. Switching from DX12 to Vulcan reduces the freuqency of freezes but does not remove them.
Will maybe try the affinity trick. |

I'm so sad now.
The game is freezing and quitting right from the beginning with the 2 gears. I have Win version 23H2, NOT 24H2. People say to use Vulkan / Direct X / whatever but I can't even access the settings panel of the game. BES I cannot target the application, not the time. CPU max limitation does nothing. Affinity ? No time to select the application and apply it, it is crashing before. I tried the launch.bat, well launched when the game is launching with steam command, no result. Steam overlay disabled. Thread optimisation in nvidia disabled. POE1 working fine. I want so much play this game. I know it's early access, still frustrated :) |

" To the ones who didn't try: I did a check for corrupted files (right click on poe in steam, had 102 corrupted files/properties/installed files/check integrity) and I had 102 corrupted. Now the game is launching. Let's see the rest, but I'm happy. |

I have this same issue, has frozen 2 or 3 times in 10 hours of play but it locks up my entire pc and have to hard reboot. Does not happen in any other games.
7800X3d 4070 super Hope this is being reviewed actively. |

I have the same problem, the PC freezes completely, no matter what keys I press, I have to force it to shut down

updrate: after more than 15 hours, i can say that i solved it and i can play for now but this need a fix from GGG urgent

Same problem, after some time in game - randomly freze whole sistem on loading to different location

Yes, this happened to me twice even.
One did go through the loading screen, and then I went to the other side of whatever I was doing. But the second time, my pc went completely frozen. I had to do a hard reset. I'm Windows 11 24H2 Ryzen 7 9800X3D Nvidia 4080 32gb of ram. |

Same issue for me. It happens 50% of the time when I try to enter or portal to the first camp. I don’t think it has happened elsewhere.
