Well, I decided to try playing again after 4 days. I tried to change to Vulkan on the menu screen and the game instantly crashes, needing a hard PC shutdown. Apparently they don't even read dxdiags, it was mentioned in the second thread by some guy even with some proofs iirc. Its been like 500 pages combined on this forum alone, pretty sure they just gave up.
