No, Microsoft itself literally acknowledges this issue, althought mentioning only Assassins creed games for some reason.

So youre saying the 99% of games that we play that works and improved on 24H2 are actually not working? Are you saying that the windows 10 anmd 22H2 and 23H3 users who reported in these threads are actually lying?

Edit: FYI We we're worried that it was 24H2 initially, but when people with non-24H2 started reporting in combined with the fact that this is one of the miniscule number of games that are supposedly bricking on 24H2 we changed our minds. Even if it is, we believe GGG is competent enough and can simply upload a remedy while they ACTUALLY solve the underlying issue

No, but it seems that it is a combination of PoE2 issues and Microsoft issue combined.

E: In addition to that, it seems that it is ocurring less frequently on Win 11 23H, asked my friends which also plays PoE2 now, and had no issues so far, they are running the version 23H

This is a PoE issue and GGG has dropped the ball on the fix and communicating with those of us in the community who have been impacted.

Coming to this game and never playing PoE I was lead to believe this studio was going to join the Larian’s and FromSoftware’s of the industry but their response to this horrible technical issue makes me feel like they’re no better than a Bungie, who is notorious for greedy MTX schemes and prioritizing the bag before player satisfaction.

The least they could do is acknowledge the issue in a dedicated thread with comments off, offer some sort of potential work around or just anything at all.

Real shame a portion of the community loves the game so much and has to be OCD about trouble shooting just to play the game. I’ve had so much fun despite all of my crashing with a 9800X3D 4080 super on my desktop and horrible fps drops on my laptop i7 9750h 2060 that I’m considering spending more money to just play on my PS5 til these kinks are ironed out.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH bro the dead silence when we know they are actively look at each post in the forums

It's so desperate to try to fix the game on your end lmao, do they not play any other games at all that have no issues on 24h2 Windows... I'm lost

This is the first game I've had this issue with on 24h2. I for sure have heard of problems but never had one until GGG dropped the last patch. So that says to me it's a game problem.

ummm why don't you look at the second thread under "early access bug reports" lol they did acknowledge it and said they are working on it.....
I'm going to leave this here:

In the last 9 years I've had 2 completely different computers.

In the last 9 years I haven't had to hard reset my computer from the power button a single time. Not even once. Crashes? Ofc, but to the desktop. Not a single hard reset. Never.

They have to fix this. And it's on them.

It might as well be 24H2, but if games can work around 24H2's fault thats what we really want and thats on GGG. Like do your standard procedure in the background. We dont need to rally troops on microsoft forums to addresss ONE game out of many and GGG would have more power and voice in this case. Like what??

This was nearly a week ago with no subsequent update other than a dev asking for dialog in a private message (which the forum doesn’t even allow me to do) while hundreds and possibly thousands of us just spend all day trouble shooting and risking our hardware.

It’s almost as if they either don’t know the issue and are still working on it are know the issue but can’t fix it. Regardless there are a bunch of us who spent money and are unable to properly play the game without all sorts of workarounds, none of which actually fix the issue without sacrificing performance (enable multithreading). Literally the least they could do is be transparent here and address it directly.

For the people that turned smt off it has stopped the crashes? How long have you tested that?
