"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - Error when logging in

Hi, I appreciate your effort, I emailed Support#0000 about my issue but after I've gone through the thread, it seems no one got support for anything. Please update asap

Are you still having this problem? I was playing without any problems and now I suddenly don't have access to the game... I paid for early access on 12/12 and now on 20/12 I can't get in anymore.

As i stated in another post, this cant be an individual problem when people lose access in droves..?

You know what grinds my gears? The fact that they still refuse to ACKNOWLEDGE this. The fact that people in reddit seem oblivious to this problem, it makes me thing I've been thrown in the dirt after paying. and after 72 hours since the email I dont expect, ever, an answer. Sad day. I was really looking forward POE2 seems like this 8 hours are the best content I've ever gona experience. See ya in 6 months I guess.

Same for me. Got access on 12/12 and lost it on 20/12. No way to fix this 1 by 1. There has to be a bulk solution.
