"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - Error when logging in

Hi guys,

I've purchased the 30$ supporter pack on the website, claimed the Steam cd key, installed the game on steam. This is the error I'm getting when trying to log in:

"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access"

I have clearly bought the EA key. If anyone would be able to advise, that would be great, thanks in advance. ☺️

Also, I don't have the option to link my account anymore, it just goes straight to login, any way to revert this?

I have the same issue. trying to get them to unlink my steam account. might be tough to do that though. wish i could do that myself.

I have the exact same issue. I have a friend who was getting the same message and it just started working all of a sudden. I hope that happens for me soon too...It's been 6 hours of trying.

I have the same problem, got an early access code, applied it to my account now it’s giving me same same msg even tho I have the early access. Plz fix

Support is probably overwhelmed, you're going to have to give them probably 48 hours or more for a response.

I screwed up and purchased it on my old PoE account that wasn't linked to steam myself and apparently had linked it to a relatively unused account a long time ago. I emailed support but I'm resigned to not playing this weekend, but I'm sure they'll sort it out for me at some point.

I have not made any mistakes, I used the Key on my only steam account which allowed me to download the client...

My only POE account is one i made when i bought early access because im a new player.

Both my steam account and POE use the same email, i purchased my supporters early access with said email.

I dont see how I made an error?

Not even an automated response, no clue whats going on.

18hrs later, people have passed their ascension trials, I'm still on the first boss, the login screen with the same error message. Any updates on this?
