"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - Error when logging in

Exactly my case.

I have purchased through Steam and downloaded right after. I was getting a prompt about creating an account or linking one yesterday, and none of the options worked.

Shortly after, and up til now, all I'm getting is the message of "no access from this account". I've logged in the website also directly using Steam, and received and clicked on the confirmation mail. Still no access, and the website also says no access.

It's absurd and I highly doubt they're aware of this.

same thing im getting used a key that i just got it steam says :

You have already successfully redeemed a retail CD key for this product and added it to your Steam library. You can click the link above to view this game in your Steam library.


so why the fk game dosent work when im getting in the game im getting same error when i click log in
Your account dose not have access to path of exile 2 early access redeem an early access key on our website or purchase access now
i mean really how many do u want us to buy till the game starts working ?

Yup I've been this having this same issue since last night around 9:30 est as well

On the POE website, it says the key only unlocks the client on steam, so WTF do they want me to buy another key to unlock the login screen?

I'm a patient man, but this is starting to annoy...

Same here, this launch has been a major letdown.

Sorry, but I downloaded Windows 11 pro PoE2 on my PC. I created an account on PoE2 website and it was accepted, I did not get an access key though. When I launch PoE2 I get an error "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access".
Where do I get the access key ?

Download that client, as the on eon steam is the base game and not the EA version.

I'm currently downloaded the client from the link above, and think it will work now

it is getting a joke now people are on act 4 and im still waiting for tek support to help me out so much for EA.
