This is my first GGG game, and I'm quite surprised how they plan to make a true F2P game successful in the long run despite so many negative headlines.
However, if they think they can revoke my EA access just because I bought the key from third-party providers, then I also want a refund for the in-game purchases I have already made. Taking away services I have paid for—on what legal basis is that even possible? I also won't wait more than 20 days for a response from support like others here, but will hand the matter over to my lawyer.
I also advise everyone else to do the same, because this is no longer just poor support—it’s outright fraud.
You need to demand this from your shop, if ggg has not received money from you, - you simply will not be able to provide anything. If your gpu breaks - will you demand a solution and technical support or a new one from the chip manufacturer (nvidia for example), or shop where you bought from?
