" Me too, so sad the silence of GGG... |

yeah, I did the same... I mean how can I recommend the game to my friends if it can have this bug?
|
|
I've left a negative review too. I don't like using third-party tools, to be able to pay a PAID game. WTF? That's crazy.

Please also create a separate thread here, by increasing the number of threads we may be able to hit some sort of "metric".
Please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam. I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do: 1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad. 2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review. 3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there. |

" me too. Ubisoft fixed it in 1 Week. |

" I already did this a week ago and will not change it to positive until a fix is provided. |

" It has worked for me so far, for another side of it. It did the usual freeze twice in 6 hours of play, but for the first time ever it didn't lock up the pc and I was able to alt+f4 without anything else happening both times, and continue on. It's better than nothing, and beats manually toggling the cores before each loading screen/toggling multithreading in my opinion. |
|
" it helped me, thank you |
|
" Most of us are aware of what that "workaround" (lmao) is doing. Doesn't change anything I said. I would actually rather turn off multi threading manually, every single time I'm about to load , when I know my cpu is doing very little, than install a program that's going to auto disable cores/multi threading when my cpu is at 99% utilization. No one has a clue what kind of effects that's going to have on your system overtime, especially when its happening hundreds of times every session. Maybe it does nothing, maybe it degrades things. It certainly hasn't been rigorously tested and it's certainly not actually fixing anything. It's simply a workaround. Personally, I'm not doing any of that for a game that has serious documented issues that the developers don't seem to give a damn about. Last edited by Lilith#3312 on Dec 19, 2024, 1:20:45 PM
