3 days since I went from 24H2 to 23H2 Windows, clean instalation.

ZERO freezes.

I wish I have done that on 6/7th right away ..

yeah, many people here don't believe ;)

it is not the error, the problem also occurs with 23H2 users

I don't know about that. I also still get some crashes, as I expect from EA version. But after switching from win11u24 I didn't hava a single freeze.

People should be specific what exactly happen to them. As 'crash' is a broad thing.

Yeah dude, one EA game that's 5 days old crashes all the time. Better search what's wrong with your system and don't forget to reinstall Windows a few times just to be safe. I can't.

Its 100 % that this need to fix as soon as possible. In which time we live that the User need the fix by itself

My workaround: switch to DirectX 11. Unfortunately it's not really working solution - constant stuttering and with high spikes in shader graph.

If you have nvidia reflex set to on or boost, set it to disabled and see if it helps.

Because it's factually not true and proven with evidence.

What evidence? :) My evidence is my own case. I play freeze-free since day I switched to win10. I reapeat - I still have crashes. EVERY DAY I play. But I dont experience full system freeze at ALL. Not even once after switch. (Without change to dx11, limiting cpu, change to BIOS, using 3rd party software).

We are on page 150+ of a thread with people showing different combinations of hardware and fixes they have tried that didn't work, or worked for a while until the problem came back.

Good that it works for you, it may work for others as well, but don't be so bold to already claim that this is solved somehow and that because it's fine for you that's "evidence".

Can confirm just upgraded to a 9800X3D on 12/13/24. Only soft crashed once.

12/14/24, I updated to the 24H2 build of Windows 11 and I began experiencing hard crashes/pc lock several times an hour.

Rolled back to 23H2 and have had only very minor freezes with no more hard crashes/pc lock.
