Hard crashing PC locks up
" Very interesting. I played a Deadeye all day for two days and didn't crash even once. Today I've been playing a Bloodmage and I've had two crashes with the error message "Signal queue failed." My AMD drivers also crash when this happens, along with any other 3D accelerated application running at the same time, so not sure if it's the game doing it or the AMD drivers or some sort of combination, but it seems users are having this issue regardless of them having Intel/AMD/Nvidia. My system: Intel 7700K Radeon 7900 XTX (latest drivers 24.12.1) 16 GB RAM Windows 10 DX12 |

3.15 bios update did nothing for me.

" PirateSoftware had this problem. He turned down all details and switched to vulkan if i remember correctly, but he didn´t stream again since then. So i guess he has the same problems. |

The freezes are still happening for me, after all of the hotfixes.
Interestingly though, they happen only on game startup. If I make it past the grinding gears to the character select screen, my game won't freeze the rest of the play session. |

Bump, any update on this?
|
|
3 days since I went from 24H2 to 23H2 Windows, clean instalation.
ZERO freezes. I wish I have done that on 6/7th right away .. |
|
The hard freezes is because of the loading screens spiking you cpu to 100% and overheating your cpu..
I have a 5800x3d and ingame my temps are like 50-55 and when im loading into a zone or back to camp it goes to 100% usage and a temp spike of 90+c for a couple of seconds and when im loaded in it goes back to normal. |

If i close G-hub logitech software - no more crash even at dx 12+Win 24H2.
