is it anything to do with or have you use that Gibhub thing where u can see how much u have spent on ur account? i used it to make sure i have spent enuff money to receive a life time beta key, for PoE2
alot of the people in the poe community i speak to used that as well were all in a discord together because if this is the case i need to pled my innocence now.
also going in my favour is im on console and the Github thing just reads ur account on the website i think (reads the mtx transaction part) on Pathofeixle website
outside of that i dont know dude GGG seem to know what hat, u havnt used or bought anything off someone via "RTM" have you so there was a guy i think selling some dodgie jewels on TM i see a YT video about it saying stay well clear of them they were unidentifed Jewels
either way if ur genuine i hope u get it sorted if you have done summit you should u just need to own up and accept it

GGG told you what it is for, third party software. Weirdly enough, people who aren't using "helpers", "overlays" and so on don't get banned. Just play the game as is and nothing happens to your account. Shocking concept.

Can't be that. . .every player in my guild uses the same stuff I use and none of them were banned. I used nothing that isn't used by THOUSANDS of other players, none of which were banned. GGG should just admit that their "sensors" made some kind of mistake - and restore my account....OR, they need to ban the other ten thousand players that used the same stuff I used.

Thanks...and no, i don't use "Github", nor have I done anything with MTX. In fact, i was completely honest about what i was using...FilterBlade, Wealthy Exile, etc. None of those are illegal.

Nah. Emphasis on yet. Honestly serves you and everyone else right though, GGG should be even stricter in my opinion. No third party cringe equals an even playing field for everyone.

You can't just ban someone without warning and with no specific explanation of what they did wrong. I gave GGG hundreds of dollars over ~4 years. If i was doing something wrong, I would have stopped if they just sent me an email telling me what I was doing wrong. Like, i know there are skilled coders and such out there who get their kicks trying to figure out ways to beat the system. I'm not that skilled. I'm just an ordinary dude who barely knows how to fix my mouse when the battery goes dead. I loved playing POE and was not breaking any rules that I was aware of, until one morning I wake up and I am unable to log on to my account....four years of work down the drain - and they didn't even give me a specific explanation of why.
I have no problem with GGG banning bad actors - those guys ruin the game for all of us - but when you start banning people without warning for stuff they don't even know they are doing - and then you don't ban other people who are doing the same things......it's just bad news, man....it's terribly unjust.
