Cause that's not a build guide. Thats copying someone from ninja, and having 0 understanding in the process. Youve already admitted to not knowing how to make your own builds, so why are you just copying POBS with no direction and hoping for the best?

When we say refer to ninja, we say that if you have a build guide you are following, from someone reputable, which uses the same skill as someone on ninja. To troubleshoot through ninja.

Try to think about someone other that yourself for a second (and other than me, lol). And as was reiterated above, even following the build guide carries big risk of resulting in failed character, since guides can be scammy, outdated, or misinterpreted by those who follow them.

It is not normal when instead of fixing learning curve and accessibility, resources are spent on adding new top layer of content "for our veterans" only, who farm the new best loot from there and dominate the economy. At least PoE2 is declared to have different philosophy, for now.

I'll be honest, the first 12 months i followed these builds religiously...

They're great concept, but without proper knowledge and skill they don't work as advertised.

Probably can, especially if I follow a guide. But I don't need insane build if it doesn't appeal to me style-wise. Unfortunately, skills I like are all poorly scaled and neglected by GGG.

As for PoE2, given same creators, don't think it will be hard. If GGG again pushes numbers system they cannot control, will be same as poe1: some skills scale to top content with trash gear, other skills barely scale even with insane investment.

I mean yea thats pretty obvious. Let me watch these videos but.


Its pretty simple to explain.

Say you cheat on a test, copied the answers from someone.

Do you understand the material and all the functions leading up to those difficult end questions/problems?

Obviously no. You are seeing the result of that in your gameplay.
