PoB returning 'Account profile is private'

It didn't work for me, too, until I saw the "Update available" note in the bottom left corner of PoB and updated it a few minutes ago.
Now I just put in my complete account name FORTHRIGHT79#1898 and it works again. |

I've been having this issue suddenly after the last patch. I have tried using
"onomastikon" (unchanged since I had first installed PoB years ago) and "onomastikon#6270" (my "new" name since recent patch and all of my privacy boxes have always been unchecked. I am unsure how to proceed and would greatly appreciate any help. thank you in advance! Underrated stats: Basic human decency, small quantum of respect, microportion of compassion

since the latest update where the account name now contains #(number) you can try (account)%23(number) replace # with %23
|
