i followed this guide and yes .. it actually works my cpu latency was jumping from 5 to 70 non stop.. (it didnt happen before patch 6gb patch) so after follow the guide latency dont go above 12 -13 ms and makes the game really smooth ... only 1 problem after disable c states my temp is 81º while doing nothing , and when i change power plan to normal my temp is 45º..

PS - whats your CPU? found in other threads on forum, a lot of people with this problem have haswell/4th gen intel cpus

Yea i have Intel i7 too i think most people with intel multithreading have this problem GGG probably have more precise data from the report at this point
Zen 1, Zen 3, Zen 4 have the same issue, at this moment i can confirm.
