"i followed this guide and yes .. it actually works my cpu latency was jumping from 5 to 70 non stop.. (it didnt happen before patch 6gb patch) so after follow the guide latency dont go above 12 -13 ms and makes the game really smooth ... only 1 problem after disable c states my temp is 81º while doing nothing , and when i change power plan to normal my temp is 45º.. | |
