to me, minor QOL improvement (as no need care chill), but you are correct, we can get freeze immune from pantheon (so the main improvement is in chill).

main reason is for dps. otherwise, it is not build defining, you'll do fine without. 10-15d is a lot of currency, and you definitely can get way more dps with 10-15d from other sources of gear/gems

you can also get one for 3, 4 divines by buying any dd you like and hiring a lab enchant service at the TFT discord.
It's what I recommend doing as there are no frostbite ones for sale, even offline. That's how I got mine ;)

Yep, lab enchant services work well too. And you get to pick your DD base :) Usually no queue for frostbite.

The Frigid Wake jewels are not essential for completing all content.

Considering its price, it is one of the last items to get. If your budget is under 30d, there are better items to prioritise.

I like to switch my Pantheon to Lunaris after Frigid Wake, while others prefer to keep Brine King for the chain stun immunity. Depends on your preferance and other damage mitigation. If you are using SOTL, stuns are probably few are far between.

Just did my first Uber Elder. Died twice because I was walking into stuff lol, but will try to do it deathless.

How do you guys deal with debuff in Delirium? Such as Temporal Anomaly... Sometimes i got stuck because of its effect so cannot run/blink away.

I don't experience this. Usually flame dash/frost blink or shield charge works fine.

Do you have a video? Which map are you running?

Try taking Hinder/Maim on protection mastery and see if the issue alleviates.
